Our honeymoon at The Ungasan was outstanding. The team took care of us from the airport pickup right through to sending us off to our next destination, and they didn’t overlook a thing. We loved the morning breakfast spreads, dinner at Waatu with Ami, yoga in the morning with Citra, and a luxurious afternoon at Sundays with the whole team. A special thank you to our Butler Arya, who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Give this man a raise! I can’t say enough about his warmth, attentiveness, and generous spirit. Balinese hospitality is second to none. If you’re thinking about a trip, make The Ungasan your home away from home.

The view was unreal, and the villas were just as impressive. We ate so well, too. Rizka and Arya looked after us with so much kindness and skill, and made the whole trip one we’ll remember for a long time. Huge thanks to them and the entire team.

Our guests felt so comfortable throughout the event, thanks in large part to Darna’s thoughtful, warm service. Velda handled the planning with real precision, kept track of every detail, and seemed to know what we needed before we asked. The setting at The Ungasan Cliff Resort was stunning, and the whole team delivered from the start right through the event. It all came together beautifully, and we’re grateful to Velda, Darna, and everyone at The Ungasan.

The breakfast menu was huge, and they brought it right to the room. I also loved that the garden villa had its own living room and dining area. My room was lovely, with a bed I found incredibly comfortable, and the personal butler was discreet, attentive, and always smiling. Service felt warm and smooth the whole time.

The villa was breathtaking, and the BBQ there the evening before our wedding was a real highlight. The food looked beautiful and tasted delicious, and the staff made it feel like such a warm celebration. From the moment we arrived, the team treated every request with care and made everything feel easy. The Ungasan Clifftop Resort was the wedding venue we’d dreamed of, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff made the day unforgettable.
