I left four days early because small insects had infested all the wooden furniture and were getting onto my belongings. The stay felt noisy and unpleasant, with staff bringing their children and treating the hotel like their own living room and kitchen. It was a weird atmosphere, and I didn't want to use the pool. The rooms were very basic, without even a bedside lamp. I wasn't refunded for the nights I didn't stay, and after I complained, communication basically stopped. They only said they would review my feedback and never really replied.

There were blood marks on the sheets in the second room we moved to, after the first one smelled strongly of mold and mildew. This could be a nice hotel, but the maintenance was very, very poor.

I contacted the hotel directly about the laundry damage and gave them several chances to respond. They ignored my complaint and wouldn't accept responsibility for ruining two expensive shirts. That showed a complete disregard for guests and their belongings. If you expect accountability or professional behavior, stay away. I'm reporting it to the booking platform as a warning to others. The accommodation itself was okay for a couple of nights, though the room wasn't very clean and the couch had some stains. We got no room cleaning during our stay, and there was no safe. The worst part was the laundry service: two of my new, high-quality, expensive shirts were completely ruined. We had to leave, so I didn't check the clothes before packing the whole bag into my backpack. Otherwise, I would've raised it with the staff then. I'll contact them about it. One star off for this.

The pool was okay, and I have no clear complaints about the rest of the place, which is a budget stay. But the mold was another level. I'm used to humidity and a bit of a musty smell, but these rooms seemed to have the kind of mold that can be seriously bad for your health. We started feeling sick after two nights and decided to leave. The receptionist seemed to know about the issue and immediately offered a second-floor room, saying it didn't smell as bad as the ground-floor rooms. The hotel has two floors, and the ground-floor rooms all seemed affected. We moved out early and asked for a refund for the last night. After a 45-minute wait for another receptionist, we were told refunds weren't allowed by policy, even though they acknowledged the mold. Honestly, don't stay here.
