The family is friendly and the place is nice, which is why I’m giving it five stars. But the neighbors’ karaoke and the mosque are extremely loud. I couldn’t sleep well or rest in the room, and went out for a few hours to get away from the noise. The neighbors also sometimes burn trash.

The owner and family speak good English and are kind and caring. They gave me lots of advice about things to do nearby, and I got fresh bananas from their garden. The owner’s son is a freelance dive master, and they can arrange a private diving trip. They also order food and drinks at reasonable prices. It’s clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet, with excellent value. At night the cool breeze was enough that I turned off the AC. Such a peaceful hidden gem, and I’ll stay again if I’m in the area. Highly recommend 😊❤️

A relaxed place with a friendly Balinese family, a comfortable bed, and a private shower and toilet. The rooms look onto a beautiful inner garden with places to sit outside. I went diving with the owner at Menjangan island and had a pleasant, fun day. Perfect place, highly recommend.

Wayan was really helpful and accommodating. He picked me up at the hotel beachfront early in the morning, so we got in two dives before the rest of the group started arriving. He’s an amazing guide and underwater photographer.
