I chose this place for the pool and had a really good time. The pool area was clean, and there’s a separate one for children, so it’s family-friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The affordable entrance fee includes food and drinks, which was a nice extra, and the food tasted good. It’s also in a convenient spot in the city center, right across from Transmart Mall.

We booked here for a second time, and the service has improved since our last stay. Our room was airy and very clean, and the air conditioner worked really well. The staff at Dafam have been welcoming from our first visit through this one, always smiling and ready to help. Canting, thanks for the memorable croissant, fresh guava juice, and good coffee. Rooms 4/5, hospitality 5/5, cleanliness 5/5, food and drinks 5/5.

We only stayed a few hours while in transit, and the service was excellent even though we checked in close to midnight. The rooms are pretty old and could use renovation. The bedsheet smelled, and there was only one power outlet, which was used by the electric kettle. Still, the price is budget-friendly, so I can’t complain.

There’s a decent gym, a good pool, and a great range of food. I tried jamu too! The staff are always ready to help with a smile. I took one star off because the building seems a little run down, and the bathroom in my room leaked from above.
