OYO 91642 Fhazel Residence Syariah

The place has gotten dirty under the new caretaker. The floor feels sticky, it isn't mopped often, and the rubbish doesn't get taken out regularly. The AC barely cools, and the water smells like iron and looks dirty. Service and manners are at zero, too, with no politeness or friendliness. The previous caretaker kept things clean. I wouldn't rent monthly here because the service is lacking. And if you do stay, don't get too close to the owner or caretaker, you'll see what they're like yourself later 😂

The place feels very secure, and my experience here has mostly been good. Still, there's a serious water problem in my bathroom. The tap water looks clear at first, but it has a slimy film, and there have been worms in it, not tiny ones either. I reported it to the caretaker, but nothing changed. I think the water issue needs fixing. Thanks, regards.

Things went missing from my room even though I had locked it, including some money. I also once lost a Honda. On top of that, the room was often hot.

It's near the city center, and the price is fairly affordable. The yard is roomy and the place is quite clean. The guards are polite and friendly, and the service is great. A really comfortable boarding house, highly recommended 😊
