Evenings are easy, with lots of places to eat nearby, and plaza sukaramai is close for shopping for clothes and apparel. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to many places of interest. The room was neat and clean. The only drawback was that its window looked onto the next-door wall. The water might smell a little because it comes from a boring well. If it does, letting it run for a while before using it should do the trick. A nice experience overall, and thanks to Ardi & Owen for their hospitality.

The bed was good, and both the room and toilet were clean. CS “Randi” was very humble. I had a good experience and would recommend staying here again. Thanks.

For a budget hotel, it was clean and really comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, the air con worked well, and the shower had strong pressure and hot water. Drinking water was available hot and cold, and the location was central. For a quiet night's sleep, ask for a room that doesn't face the main road.

I picked this place for its location and low price, and I’d stay here again. The room was pleasant, with strong AC and a roomy bathroom. There’s no breakfast, but water is available freely, and the lift is handy. Food spots are just a short walk away. One thing that needs work: it was raining when I arrived, and they had no umbrella for me to use while bringing my luggage in from the car. That seems like a basic item to have ready. The little desk by the bed also looked as if it might fall apart at any moment. The room photos were taken just before I checked out, so it looks messy there. It’s clean when you arrive.

It’s tidy and right in the city center, so getting around is easy, and the price feels fair. During my stay the lift was out of order, which meant carrying my own bags up to the second floor. The hot water tap didn’t work either, and the room only had a small bar-style table.
