My room was clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, there was no fridge for guests, so in the evening we had to ask security to fetch our cold drink from a fridge.

The homestay has 21 rooms in a three-floor building, all with AC and a shower. It’s in Rumbai, about a two-minute drive from the CPI entrance, and the rooms are clean and spacious for an affordable rate. Free wifi is available on the ground floor and still reaches the second floor, but not the third. When I stayed in Jan 2019, it appeared on a few hotel booking sites as if online booking were available, but the homestay didn’t actually accept online bookings. I suggest contacting them directly to reserve.

The staff were nice, the rooms clean, and there’s plenty of parking, all at a cheap price. It’s quite far from the city centre, and there’s no elevator.
