Khas Pekanbaru Hotel

I stayed five days with my family. The daily breakfast was average because the menu repeated and refills were slow. It got worse at sahur, when there was only about half the breakfast variety: white rice, one chicken dish, one vegetable, and fried noodles. No egg station, noodles, cakes or dessert, salad, soup, or gorengan. The worst part was having to wait for refills.

It’s a simple, nice hotel, good enough for one night. Nothing special.

We chose Khas hotel after seeing the photos, which looked okay. When we checked in, we were discount, so we asked for a better room, but the other one was really old too. It was dirty, and I couldn’t sleep or use the bathroom. They need to renovate the hotel. I can’t stay there and don’t recommend staying there.

We stopped here overnight in transit after a long family road trip. My room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. What impressed me most was how management handled a minor customer complaint. They resolved it quickly and professionally, and it showed they genuinely care about guest satisfaction.
