The room itself was quite good, but dirt on the floor and several spots was easy to see with the naked eye. Most annoying was ordering breakfast room service for my daughter through the website. After waiting 70 minutes, I got a call from an unknown number saying there were system issues and asking whether I still wanted to proceed or cancel. It took the hotel 70 minutes to realize there was a problem? The room also had three electrical dips in one day. It wasn't too disruptive, but all the electronics dipped and the TV turned off.

I left my overshirt at Batiqa, and the staff kept it safe until my sister could come pick it up. Great service from the team. Kudos, and keep up the good work.

I only spent one night at Batiqa Pekanbaru, so there isn't a lot to say about the hotel overall. My room was comfortable and very clean, while the other things felt standard, like at most good hotels. The only real issue was the noise from a water jet pump above my room. Without that, I would've given it five stars.

There are plenty of food choices nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The airport is close, and the free shuttle is a real plus since you can book it. My room did get some traffic noise from below, but it was bearable. Cleanliness needs attention: there was an oily mark on the check-in table and dust by the lamp in my room, so I’d rate it 3/5. I didn’t get to try breakfast.

Good food and a nice atmosphere, with good service too. It’s close to the local airport in Pekanbaru. For a three-star hotel, Batiqa offers good service. Come and enjoy it. See you!
