Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center

The room was spacious and the bed was great, but the property feels less maintained than it used to, even though it's still a great hotel. Breakfast didn't live up to what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. It's very far from the city center. The water park was closed for renovations, and the gym has been closed since COVID. The pool was relatively small. For a room described as a suite, the fridge was tiny; everything else was fine.

The grounds and landscaping have a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast menu is delicious. The location works well for golfers and for getting to the airport. I've stayed here several times, and the room maintenance has gotten worse on each visit, well below average. The shower piping is very noisy, the carpets are stained, and the mixer tap doesn't work properly. A bottle of mineral water costs 12 times more than outside.

On weekdays the pool was so quiet we felt like we had it to ourselves. The place was comfortable, clean, and peaceful, and made for a nice family break. Breakfast was decent, though there weren't many choices at the restaurant while we were there, perhaps because it was a weekday. Maybe weekends are better. We hope to visit Labersa again sometime next year.

I loved how clean the hotel was, and the food tasted good, though there wasn't much variety for a five-star place. My sister could eat everything they served. The pool felt too small, and having an adult pool inside the hotel would be more convenient, even with Labersa waterpark there. Some TVs didn't work properly, and the front desk seemed unsure about assigning room numbers, especially for guests who booked several rooms. Also, there really needs to be a trash bin outside the toilet.
