The biggest problem is that the apartment allows daily, weekly, and monthly rentals even though Citra Living's rules prohibit them. Living next to these units is stressful: noise during rest hours has been a serious issue, and after many complaints, Citra Living Management still hasn't offered a good solution. I bought a unit in Citra Living because Citra Group is a big name and I expected a more comfortable place to live. I hope management will consider this and find a solution that works for everyone. The handover was also frustrating. I was told that after we agreed on the deal, an Ikea voucher would be ready when I took over the unit in Tower Orchard. On handover day, it had been changed to ovo points, and those weren't ready either. I was told to wait 7-14 working days for them to be released. Fourteen days have now passed with no confirmation. Marketing says it's waiting on finance, finance says it's waiting for approval, and there's been one excuse after another, including PPKM. I'm completely fed up with Citra Living Management.

There are plenty of shops and services around, including cafes, a barber, food places, and groceries. The apartment is set back from the main road, so there's less noise, and there's a bus that goes directly to the airport.

There's a FamilyMart downstairs, and this is a great place for families, big or small. I really recommend living here! 😄

We're actually staying in Orchard Tower. The building is really nice and clean, with a FamilyMart, children's playground, swimming pools, and fitness center.
