The security staff were polite and surprisingly helpful, and the location still suits a short visit or business trip. But the front desk experience was a real miss. They now insist that the ID match the booking name exactly, with no exceptions, even when a spouse or sibling made the reservation. Screenshots of the voucher didn't help. There was no welcome or offer to sit while the issue was being sorted out. It felt more like dealing with a government counter than checking into a hotel. Tegar at reception showed no empathy and couldn't explain why the rule couldn't bend, even though the person who booked might not be reachable straight away. Then the room key failed. The door was visibly broken, yet the room was still listed as available, which made it seem like housekeeping and reception weren't coordinating. I had to go up to the seventh floor twice before a master key exchange finally got me moved next door. This all happened on a quiet day, so I can only imagine how chaotic peak season might be. Even budget boutique places usually manage better. A smooth check-in shouldn't feel like a bureaucratic quest. And maybe the Wi-Fi password is called “adventure,” because getting through this took a lot of patience. 😤

I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the service was excellent. Mas Tegar at the front office was especially friendly and helpful. That kind of service makes me want to return. Wishing the hotel continued success!

The room was clean, the location is great, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a skilled massage therapist who eased my muscle tension; afterward I felt relaxed and slept really well. Recommended.
