I lost 51 thousand rupiah after booking through Oyo, even though I wanted to stay nearby for a check-up at Prima Anak Hospital. I’d gone there and paid through the app, but the location didn’t match the map. When I asked for the house shown on the map, they said it was at another intersection. I searched there too and couldn’t find any place called Elif Home Stay. This feels like fraudulent accommodation, and I hope cheating people like this doesn’t bring them any blessing.

Please don’t let anyone else become a victim!!!!! I came from Pangkalan Kerinci last night after booking and paying through the app. When I got there, they said the place was full, and when I asked about it, they said they didn’t know. You don’t know what you’re doing!!!!!! Taking dirty money. Everyone, be careful. I hope your place stays empty!!!!!!

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ACCOMMODATION. IT LOOKS LIKE A SCAM, AND THEY WON’T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!! I TRANSFERRED THE MONEY THROUGH THE OYO APP, BUT THE ACCOMMODATION SAYS, “ROOMS ARE FULL”! SO WHERE DID THE MONEY I TRANSFERRED GO, AND DID THE ACCOMMODATION RECEIVE IT? 😀😀 AND WHAT ABOUT OYO?

I got to the location by Gojek after booking a room at Trivaloka tonight, but the OYO I was looking for wasn't there.

After he arrived, the owner said there were no rooms, even though he'd booked and paid in the app. The owner wouldn't take responsibility for the transferred money and even blocked his contact. Very unprofessional.
