The pool was a highlight for me, clean, well kept, and relaxing. There was a big choice of food too, with local and international dishes that were all well prepared and tasty. My room at Novotel Pekanbaru was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I rested really well. Check-in was quick, with hardly any waiting. I had a very satisfying stay and would come back and recommend it.

A mall right next door makes this hotel especially convenient. It’s clean and well located, with lots of vegetarian restaurants nearby, including some you can walk to.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, and the location is quite nice. The service was good, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was okay. One of the best hotels in Pekanbaru, in my opinion. Recommended.
