I've never dealt with a worse inn. I booked a room two days before arriving, but when we got there, they said every room was taken and did nothing to take responsibility. It was ridiculous. The service guy gave me a phone number that couldn't be reached. While I was waiting, he suddenly said there was one empty room, but I had to pay another IDR 100k to use it. I've never had service that strange in my life. Hotel management needs to review its service and employees. It left me with a really bad impression, and I'm sure many others have had the same experience.

After we paid online, they asked us to pay about 150k more. It felt like they were trying to cheat us, but we were so tired that we just paid. The hotel's condition was terrible when we saw it. The toilet was very dirty and the bed was so... I was really disappointed with the service and management.

I successfully booked a room yesterday, but when I arrived late tonight, they told me all the rooms were full. The management is very poor, and it was really disappointing.
