The landlady is friendly and treats you like family, and there’s a mosque nearby. I found the room comfortable, clean, air-conditioned, and with its own bathroom. The common facilities are complete, with a gas stove and a free water dispenser. The location is right in the city, convenient for finding food, and there’s private access for security. I don’t regret boarding here at all. Fully recommended.

I’ve been boarding here for six months while on duty in Pekanbaru. The office staff who surveyed me said The House Kopan/Bintara was the most recommended boarding house in Pekanbaru. I got Bintara because The House on Jalan Kopan was full at the time. Parking is adequate, but most residents have cars and some park carelessly, taking up space or blocking access. The security guard usually calls them to their room to move their cars. Access is restricted to residents, and the rules are strict. The guard said someone once entered a room who wasn’t part of a married couple. The House management sanctioned and evicted them.
