It was peaceful, fairly clean, and comfortable. You can make your own tea and coffee here.

The room was really clean, with cool AC, fast Wi-Fi, a TV, free hot and cold drinking water, and coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean too, with a sitting toilet and shower. Worth the price. The caretaker is friendly and the cost is affordable, so this homestay works well for a quick night away on a tight backpacking budget. The owner is a lecturer at Muhammadiyah University of Riau. Prices in the app can differ a bit, by around 20,000 to 40,000 Rupiah, since OY0 tends to set its own prices.

It's a quiet, safe place with good accommodation, and the owner is friendly. It's equipped much like your own home. Just be a smart customer about the prices: they can differ from what's shown online, and a cheap price should make you suspicious. If they ask for extra costs, don't get angry as long as they give you a receipt. If you don't want to pay extra, don't stay here.
