I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room wasn't clean and smelled bad, and the air conditioner was dirty and didn't cool the room. The water pressure was weak, there was no kettle, and the internal phone was broken. I couldn't get an extra pillow, and the one provided was very thin. They also wouldn't let me see the room before upgrading. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.

For a low-cost place, it was comfortable, and I had a great night here. The employees were friendly, the AC cooled well, and the water wasn't rusty, despite what someone said on another app. Breakfast was decent too. I'd stay here if I ever had to come back to Pekanbaru.

The rooms were really poor, and the service offered no extra care for customers. There were problems with both the AC and the water, which are serious issues for guests.

The breakfast was good enough, even though some hotels weren't serving it during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel could be cleaner, though. It should also provide worship items such as prayer mats, and the AC remote needs fixing.
