SPOT ON 91918 Najla Guest House Syariah

The location is handy, the owner is quick and friendly, and the room is spacious with both AC and a fan. The price and location are okay, so I’m sorry to complain, but the service needs work. The guard isn’t friendly and acts as if we’re only staying here for free, even though we paid. They’re slow to respond, scolded us when we asked for a towel, and got angry when we asked for drinking water. The room was dirty with lots of ants, and there was no broom in the room. The bathroom was dirty too. Most people need somewhere comfortable to rest, so please improve the guard’s service. Sorry in advance 🙏

Food is easy to find nearby, with lots of tasty spots close by. The rooms are spacious, the place is comfortable, and Aulia Hospital is conveniently nearby. Prices are very affordable too 👍

The service was unprofessional and the unclear pricing was disappointing. The rooms were dirty, like a refugee camp, and there’s a lot that needs fixing. Upstairs, the bathroom is shared; the mattress is on the floor, the window is covered with just a piece of cloth, and the fan is dirty, among other things.

My child didn’t even want to eat and sat on the floor because it was so dirty. I’ve stayed here before, and the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed 🤮. If the place were even a little cleaner, I’d keep coming back, since I often have things to do nearby 😁
