The Asri Villas

We stayed in the garden bungalow, which was cozy and close to nature 🥰 The staff were very accommodating, breakfast was tasty, and the pool area felt like a tropical dream. Can’t wait to come back!

We came for a weekend and I already wanted to stay longer. The little pool is surrounded by lush greenery, and breakfast was both generous and really tasty. The wooden cottages are sweet and well kept, with the kindest owners and staff. It’s tucked into a charming, authentic Balinese village, about 8 minutes from the main surf point. The area feels safely away from the busy road, and there’s a quiet beach shared with one of the oldest resorts nearby. They were so welcoming to my two dogs and helped with things like extra water and toilet paper. Suksma, we’ll absolutely be back with the dogs!

We only stayed one night while passing through Jembrana, but Asri seems like it would work well for a longer visit too, with lots of dedicated workspaces. The garden around each house is lovely, the pool is beautiful, and the service was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was great as well. The nearby beach was very clean and pleasant for swimming. We normally choose budget stays, and this felt well worth the price. We’d tried another hotel in the area first, but left straight away after seeing huge cockroaches in the bathroom. We had no insect problems at Asri.

We only had one night here, though I’d think about staying longer if I return to Bali. The rooms are nicely furnished and the price is very reasonable. There’s a menu at the property, plus a few other places nearby if the options don’t suit. It’s a quiet spot off the beaten track, with lovely gardens and a quaint pool. The peaceful beach, with its rock pools, is just a 4-5 minute stroll away. A great place for a calm getaway.
