My parents stayed here last night and were told breakfast would be ready at 7 AM. By 8, they still hadn’t received it, and the staff did nothing. My mom asked them to refund the breakfast charge, but they just stayed silent. It really shouldn’t be hard to apologize or do something to help a customer. If breakfast can’t be provided, say so. I’m so frustrated to have wasted my energy over this. Poor management and no hospitality. I’m sure you shouldn’t book this hotel, and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The first-floor Villa was quiet, with a nice view. A good spot for a family if you have your own transport.

We ate at the restaurant, where everyone on staff was rude and unfriendly except the parking attendant. The restroom smelled awful, too. It gave me the impression that nobody was supervising the restaurant.
