The staff were cooperative and helpful, but the stay was a bad experience. The room and toilet weren’t clean. There was a dead cockroach in the toilet when I went in; I asked for it to be cleaned, but the toilet seat was still dirty. The hotel seemed very old, and the towel they gave us was torn. Even the bedsheet had a hole. For what I paid, I feel I could have got a better room, but it was already 7 pm and I had to check out early, so I had no choice. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked a room with two beds and AC because I was travelling with a male friend, but got one bed and a ceiling fan instead. There was no soap, so bring your own, and the bar right below was extremely noisy. The place is okay for one night or just sleeping, but I wouldn’t find it comfortable for spending a couple of days visiting Kuta.

The staff at Losman Cempaka 3 were professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. I was especially impressed by their friendly service. The location is convenient, close to tourist attractions and local markets in Bali. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern interiors and a private bathroom. The pool was clean, spacious enough for a quiet swim, and a nice place to rest after sightseeing. Breakfast was nicely presented, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend Losman Cempaka 3 to anyone looking for a comfortable Bali stay with a pool and tasty breakfast. Thank you for the great service!

I arrived at 1:00 AM on January 29, 2026. The hotel was open, and I was welcomed and checked in within five minutes. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. My room cost 7 euros, and I chose one without AC. Getting to the beach takes about ten minutes on foot, roughly 800 metres through small streets.
