The staff were friendly and respectful, and management replied promptly whenever we got in touch. The facilities, though, are clearly dated. Towels, bedding, appliances, and furniture are all worn, and below what I’d reasonably expect from a four-star property.

Jero made our family stay especially nice. She came each morning to prepare breakfast and tidy the rooms, and was so sweet to have around. She also helped arrange a taxi and massage, and shared tips about Balinese culture and good places nearby. The villa was great too, with a lovely pool. There was construction around, so it could be noisy during the day, but restaurants and the beach are only a short walk away. We’d happily recommend staying here in Jero’s care.
