After a long trip from Jakarta, I checked in at 12 pm, but the room wasn't ready when I got there. It was still a mess and smelled of cigarette smoke. I can't understand why they handed me the key in the middle of the night when the room was still so dirty. The service was the worst I've experienced at a hotel.

The room was huge and the location was good. Cleanliness could use more attention to the little details.

The location is good, and some rooms are spacious and clean. There's also a meeting room. But rooms aren't cleaned every day, some smell of cigarette smoke, and a few have leaks. Breakfast was too spicy, and the laundry wasn't clean.

It's one of the hotels that stands out in Pelaihari. I've been here a few times for events, and once I came just to help another member execute the lunch. I've never stayed overnight, though. Maybe I will one day, since my house is in the same city, so staying here feels a bit pointless unless I have a good reason. That's all for now. I might add a few lines another day.

It's a nice place, and the receptionist is always ready to help.
