We booked two rooms for five people. The service was decent, and having an elevator helped my 81-year-old mother reach our room on the third floor. Since this is my hometown, I didn’t feel the need to complain, even though the room needs repairs and there was no receptionist that day, just a security guard helping us. Booking through Agoda let us pay at the hotel.

I waited a long time because the receptionist wasn't there. The other service was unsatisfactory too.

The room was fairly comfortable and had AC, but the receptionist service was really bad. Guests checking in were met with rude, unfriendly faces. The service needs a lot of improvement.

The hotel is combined with a clinic, so there’s a lot going on. Inside the room, the bed was comfortable, the space was good, the bed and bathroom were clean, and there was water. But it felt a bit scary in the dark, the door seemed too see-through and made me worry someone could see in, the TV once turned on by itself, and the AC didn’t cool.

The second floor is nice, and the place is good in general. But the receptionist often disappears, and we had to wait a really long time for them to come back and return the key. There was no Wi-Fi or complimentary drink, and the TV didn’t work.
