We stayed just two nights, 16/02-17/02/23, and I can't give this hotel even one star. Agoda advertises it as 4 stars, which surprised me. It's run down, and although business has slowed, it seems to be picking up, so they need to start updating and upgrading things. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they do serious work. The rooms are large, but the towels are very old, the shower has no hot water, and the water pressure is low. The AC needs proper servicing. There were lots of cats outside the room and mosquitoes inside. Housekeeping didn't meet our expectations. Two women were doing the housekeeping, and I don't think they were trained. The front desk was closed, and there was no WiFi in the room.

Everything was below expectations, and I regret coming here. Even if the lights are out, water supplies should at least be secured first. They didn't provide towels or soap either, and the stairs are too steep and could be dangerous. This is the only time I'll stop here.

The room was tiny, and they were very stingy with water. Towels were the only amenities. No soap or toothbrush, and the TV was broken and wouldn't work. Highly not recommended 👎

The smell of cat feces was really disturbing. The room wasn't well looked after, and the mattress was old.

The owner was really friendly. The room was clean, and the surroundings were tidy too.
