The place looks nice and quiet, and I liked the surroundings. But the room wasn’t what I expected: there was no hot shower, the TV didn’t work, and there were lots of mosquitoes at night. The fish pool looked quite dirty, so please maintain it.

The location is handy for the Siantar Zoo, the Central Bank of Indonesia Office, the Court, and other key spots around Siantar. I liked the room, the water heater worked perfectly, and breakfast was delicious. A lovely place to stay in Pematangsiantar. 8.0/10.0

The pool looked like it needed more care, but the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with spacious parking and good service. It’s an older place. We stayed one night to rest after landing at Kualanamu airport, Medan, North Sumatra. The drive is quite far, though the toll road cuts down the travel time. It works well for a short stop, and there are lots of food options to enjoy at night near the town square.

The meals are worth recommending, and the rooms overlook the restaurant and pool. It’s a cozy place in the city center without too much noise, and the pool is bigger than those at other hotels in Pematangsiantar. Seems suitable for families. It’s supposed to be a 3-star hotel. There’s a garden, and the hotel feels cozy in the city of Pematang Siantar. The rate is good, with American, Asian, or Indonesian breakfast choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Guests are allowed to smoke in rooms, so ask for a non-smoking room. We had to make a special request for one at check-in.
