The hotel room was clean, and the staff were polite and quick to respond to guests' needs. But the karaoke next door, which has the same ownership, was a problem. Its noise disturbed our sleep for all three nights. I complained to hotel staff every night and the next morning, but they only apologized for the inconvenience and seemed to take no action.

The room was clean, though the mattresses weren't great. The noise from upstairs came through the walls so intensely that I couldn't concentrate. We'd been there just three minutes when it started. We complained and were offered another room for almost double what we originally paid. When we said we'd cancel after being in the room for 10 minutes, they wanted 25% of the room price. Karaoke went on until 2am. They weren't helpful at all. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

The room was clean and okay, but small. The real problem was how noisy it got, with karaoke music and house music from levels 2 and 4 continuing until midnight.

The karaoke runs 24 hours, even past midnight, and kept me from sleeping. The hotel didn't even apologize. I want to bomb this hotel.

I complained about the noise at 1 AM. The hotel said the karaoke would stop soon, but that was a lie.
