This was a very convenient place for an early boat or a late arrival at the harbour. As a solo woman traveler, I really appreciated Dulek's help. He arranged transport to Kuta at a fair price and a boat across to the Gilli islands, then walked me down and made sure I got on safely. When I came back to Lombok, he met me at the port and took me to my onward transport to Kuta. It made everything much easier.

A clean, affordable place close to the harbour. The staff were friendly and helped book the ferry to Bali and onward transfers, as well as suggesting nearby restaurants.

We booked two Deluxe private rooms, but when we arrived, staff told us they were full and put us in a dorm room instead. They promised a discount, but no one has followed up on it, even now, 11 days later.

A spacious, comfortable room and very friendly staff who were happy to help whenever we needed something. This is a great guest house in bangsal, lombok, especially if you're heading to the harbour for your next trip. It's so close that you can walk there. I highly recommend it.

I was turned away from my room even though I’d booked and paid in advance. The staff just made excuses and wouldn’t accept responsibility. They offered nothing except telling me to find another hotel. Not somewhere I’d recommend at all.
