Siwaya Villa

We stayed for a very happy month and a half, and our family of two adults and two children fit perfectly in the villa. The owner was attentive and hospitable, making sure we had clean water, gas, and a clean place every day. Once a week he changed the bed linen, cleaned the pool, and did a clean-up. Whenever we had a problem, he helped straight away. The location is a little far from the center, but with transport it wasn't a problem. There's a supermarket and a nearby lounge you can reach, plus a cafe close by where the food is delicious. Thank you so much!

Warung Rona is right across the street and has delicious breakfast, so be sure to try it. The owner was very kind and arranged a bike for us to get into and back from town. The property is beautiful and close enough to Ubud while still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We've been here the last few nights and loved it. None of the poor reviews we'd read have matched our experience, five stars all around.

A new Warung has opened by the entrance to the villa walkway, and there are other places to eat within walking distance. Getting into town is easy by Grab or motorbike. Nyoman made our month-long stay really comfortable and enjoyable. He's a kind, helpful host, and we had such a good time. We'd love to come back to Nyoman’s Siwaya Villa!

We lived in the villa for about four months and had a great time. There are two nice houses on the property, a fairly big pool, and it's cozy and private among the rice fields. Ubud center isn't far by bike. The best part is the householder, Nyoman. He's always friendly, responds quickly to questions, and helped us with any issues. For example, we needed a swing for our babies, so we built one together with his family and friends. I'll share a photo in the attachment.
