Two weeks at Kambuna still didn't feel like enough. It's close to everything in Krui, with plenty of waves nearby, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Sidik helped us with everything, and the people there were so welcoming and kind. The food was incredible, with options for everyone and delicious specials each night. We're going to miss Kambuna a lot, and hope to come back very soon. Big love from Abbey and Will.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place surprised me in the best way, even though I booked the cheapest room. The owner and his wife were great and seemed to know guests by name before even meeting them. The staff were super friendly, the location was incredible, and the food was good, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and daily specials. The pool was always clean and the fridge was stocked. Great value for money, and I was very happy with my stay.

Kambuna felt like nowhere I've stayed before. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel at home, and the whole team was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was honestly unreal, and the atmosphere around camp was amazing. It's perfect for surfers. I stayed three nights and four days and can't wait to come back. Thanks to everyone there for making the trip so special and unforgettable!

Wati and Lawrence were wonderful hosts, making everyone feel like part of the family. The kitchen and grounds staff were incredible too, taking care of every need and serving delicious, authentic Indonesian dishes alongside great Western food. Kambuna is in an excellent spot, within walking distance of two of Krui's best waves, the peak and leftovers. I spent just over a week there while traveling and surfing in South Sumatra, and can't wait to return. I can't recommend it enough.
