The rooms are nice, and you're close to everything. Mai mondok also works well as a quiet place to unwind or as a base for exploring West Bali. I've visited the area regularly, and for the price I haven't found better value. The food and service are excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Need a massage, a motorbike, or a ride to Singaraja or debpasar? They'll help, or point you to someone who can.

My wife and I spent two nights here, from 08/07/2017 to 10/07/2017. We found the property beautiful, comfortable, and clean, with friendly, helpful staff. We also enjoyed some great meals at the restaurant.

For a budget guest house, Mai Mondok gave us great service for the price. The owner was very helpful, and we had dinner with live music at the warung.

The team was helpful, and the place is simple and fairly inexpensive. The nearby mosque could be annoying if you're trying to sleep after Ijen and Bromo ;)
