Pondok Sari Beach & Spa Resort

The views are jaw-dropping, and the coral reefs and fish are lovely. Take a boat out and you may see dolphins and turtles, or whales if you go farther. There are great food choices and scuba diving courses too. The rooms are very clean, the pool is nice, and the service and location are extremely good. EXCELLENT PLACE!!! 😄😄😄😁😁

We spent time on the beach loungers twice while visiting Pemuteran and had excellent hot and iced tea at this charming Indonesian cafe and resort. The beach beside the Rock project, which is re-establishing coral and fish, was quiet and pristine, with crystal-clear water and excellent visibility for snorkeling. Service was friendly, attentive, and wonderful. We hope to come back and try the accommodation soon.

We stayed here 20 years ago, and the beautiful, well-kept garden still looks much the same. This time we weren't guests at the hotel, but had plenty of drinks and meals there, including two dinners, evening cocktails, and lunchtime snacks. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh, authentic, and well prepared. The location is amazing. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

Pondok Sari is a pleasant place to stay, with a lush jungle garden, the sea right nearby, and very friendly staff. Our spacious colonial-style wooden bungalow was beautifully decorated, and we spent almost a week at the resort. Meals were the weak point: breakfast was a bit basic, and dinner didn't feel worth the price. Our dinner arrived somewhat cold, and even the extra rice wasn't warm. Luckily, there are plenty of good warungs nearby.
