The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, and having a WhatsApp group made communication easy. My suite was amazing, with a big, clean room, a bathtub, and an in-room spa/massage I loved. Breakfast came with so many choices, and everything I tried was delicious. The rooftop pool has a great view, and the beach is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel is a bit farther from the main streets, but that also makes it peaceful. One thing that could be better: a mirror in the room, since the bathroom gets warm and humid when you're doing makeup.

Atap Resort Canggu felt like a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary, with outstanding cleanliness, service, and attention to detail. The team were genuinely kind, attentive, always smiling, and made us feel cared for, from helping with requests and sharing local information to greeting us warmly and checking that everything was okay. The pool area was lovely for a swim, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight for its views and calm atmosphere at sunrise and sunset. Our room's luxurious bathtub was a lovely treat after a long day exploring Bali. The resort balances comfort, style, and relaxation so well, and the facilities are great, but the people made our stay personal and special. It was amazing and unforgettable. We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. A true gem in Canggu!

The staff were friendly and helpful during our one-night stay, and the breakfast tasted good. But having it brought to the room felt odd when there was nowhere else to eat. With no balcony, we ended up having breakfast on the couch. The open-air bathroom also got very hot, and the facilities overall were underwhelming.

The rooftop pool was the biggest surprise, with its ocean view clearly in mind when it was designed. The villa itself feels modern but still comfortable, and the design really stands out. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly. I was really impressed.
