A great bed, a quiet setting, and a great location. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and everything was well maintained. Coffee and tea were available in the room. Bali has plenty of rooms, but this is the best in its segment.

At Bella Residence in Canggu, the hotel shared my private information with another guest without my consent, including my WhatsApp number and a photo of my passport. After that, a stranger contacted me and falsely accused me of theft. That's a serious breach of privacy and basic guest safety. I'd strongly advise caution.

I loved, loved, loved this place. The cleaning staff are the sweetest, and the location is great. The rooms are squeaky clean, though the pool could use a little refreshing.

We had a lovely few nights here, and the quiet location was a real plus. The downside for me was the kids around the pool. There was a lot of screaming, and it felt more like staying with a local family than in a hotel. Sadly, I’m not really a fan of being around kids.

We would have stayed longer if the hotel hadn’t been fully booked. It’s new, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and everything seemed in good condition. The location is great, close to both the beach and Canggu center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One snag: the electricity kept going off, so I couldn’t use my hairdryer. Fix that and it’d be ten stars out of five 😁
