We had to leave because the place felt completely uninhabitable. The night before, we spotted a huge cockroach beside the toilet. When we packed the next day, more cockroaches and spiders were crawling by and into our open luggage. We were sickened and worried they might get onto our clothes or leave eggs in our belongings. This was meant to be a special holiday celebration, but instead we spent the trip panicking and checking every item of clothing so we wouldn’t take pests or eggs home. I have video evidence of the infestation. When we complained, management blamed the rainy season and pointed to the non-refundable policy. Since we checked out distressed, nobody from the hotel has contacted us by phone, email, or text to apologize. That silence felt like a complete lack of hospitality. They took our money, but left us in a health-hazardous environment and disappeared when we needed help. Stay away and save your money and peace of mind.

The pool looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the villa opened, and the room had a damp smell. During my two nights there, I found two cockroaches in the room, plus spiders. This was my worst Bali experience. Think carefully before booking this villa.

The staff worked around our schedule for cleaning and went above and beyond. We had a really comfortable, clean and tidy villa, with a huge private outdoor pool where I could swim laps each morning. It’s central to lots of great cafes and restaurants, yet just outside Canggu’s busiest areas. Amazing 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back. 5🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 05 Sep 2025

The pool was cold, but refreshing, and the AC worked well. We enjoyed good breakfasts and the staff took great care of us. Our one-bedroom villa had a private pool and was well equipped. High walls and greenery made it feel peaceful, even though the area is busy, and the owner checked in regularly on WhatsApp. I also paid for the "I Love U" rose petals on the bed and in the tub. My wife loved them.

Private Villa Rosalia 4 gave us a calm, private stay while keeping us close to the heart of Canggu. It was clean and beautifully designed, with a tropical feel and its own pool. Everyone from Sanga Sanga Hospitality was friendly and helpful. We thought it was great value and the service was great too. I’d highly recommend it for a quiet villa stay in Canggu.
