Doni and his team gave us fantastic service, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to several great restaurants, including WOODS, as well as a gelato place whose name I've forgotten. Even though the location is handy, Villa Hati was very quiet, with no road noise because it's set up an alley from the main road. My wife, our baby and I had a great stay. The plunge pool was nice, the rooms were roomy, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was all clean, too. Thank you!

The team are lovely and always willing to help. It’s a peaceful spot with a great pool for relaxing, and the villa itself is bright and beautifully decorated. 🙂

We had a very frustrating stay, especially when it came to communication and service. Staff often took a long time to reply or told us to sort things out ourselves. We were promised follow-ups and solutions, but the problems were never properly addressed. Management initially mentioned a refund, but nothing came of it. The power went out four separate times. When we reported it, we were even blamed for using too much electricity, which made no sense to us since we were using the villa normally. The bedding was also unacceptable. The sheets and pillow covers had yellow stains and looked as if they hadn't been changed before we arrived. We found lizards inside, along with a poisonous insect on the bed, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
