The beach is only a four-minute walk away, with plenty of nice, laid-back beach bars nearby. The hotel sits on a quiet side street without traffic, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. Everything was tidy, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed by the sea felt like having our own villa, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed breakfast too. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was good, and we usually had the nice pool to ourselves. It's down an alley away from the main road, but the beach is easy to walk to using the shortcut. Part of the bathroom is outdoors and it sometimes smelled unpleasant. Maybe that's just expected in Bali?

We only managed two nights here and wished we'd stayed longer. The room and bathroom were both generous in size, and the shared pool was refreshing. The place has a lovely modern Balinese interior, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Akiong the driver and Made, who managed the b&b during the day, were both friendly and helpful. The beach was less than a five-minute walk away, while the villa itself was on a quiet, tucked-away street.

The location was a little out of the way, but it was easy to communicate with the staff, and they were amazing. My husband and I were here for a few days on our honeymoon, and the team went out of their way to look after us. They even arranged a driver on our last day to take us to the other resort we were staying at. Breakfast was delicious too.

Made deserves a special thank you, she's the nicest! The Bed by the Sea staff welcomed us with such warmth and care and looked after us throughout our few days there. There aren't many places in Bali where I'd return just for the hospitality. I'd recommend it 10/10.
