The road is currently a construction site and is almost impossible to get through. There’s no way to reach the beach without taking that very sketchy road. Unless the road and beach access are sorted out, I wouldn’t book here. This is one of Bali’s liveliest, most dynamic areas, but staying here in Canggu could mean being stuck in the villa. I’d spend my money somewhere else.
