The location is good, with plenty of choices for tasty food stalls nearby. Our room was cozy, spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a good job. The staff welcomed us warmly as soon as we got out of the taxi. Jesika at FO was friendly, informative and courteous, and checked us in quickly. After our trip to Singkawang, we liked the stay enough to book another night, and Jesika served us again. Highly recommended.

We got a warm greeting and big smile from receptionist Ms Jesika. At breakfast, Ms Fira was just as welcoming in the restaurant. There was a wide local and international buffet, with good food and service. The location makes it good value for money.
