The kids had a great time, and the service was excellent from arrival right through checkout. Our room was spacious and clean, with good amenities, including a hair dryer. Breakfast on the first floor had lots of tasty choices and a view of the pool. There’s a kids’ pool too. Gaia Mall is about a 3-minute drive away. We had a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, and the surroundings felt comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the beautiful view, too. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and shopping malls. It’s definitely a hotel I’d recommend staying at.

The food is mostly Indonesian, and I found it very good. The rooms are good and so is the pool. This is the best marriott hotel you can find in Pontianak.

The price was affordable, and the staff made my wife and me feel very welcome. As a Platinum Elite guest at this new hotel, I didn’t get a room upgrade, but they did offer complimentary breakfast as my elite welcome gift. Rachmat and Betsy at the front office were especially welcoming. Good luck to everyone, and God bless you all.
