The staff were welcoming and professional, and the breakfast had an excellent range of local and international dishes. My room was spacious, clean and well maintained, with modern facilities and a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day of travel and work. Housekeeping kept it very clean throughout my stay. Golden Tulip Pontianak has a convenient city location, close to restaurants, cafes and main attractions, which made getting around easy. The swimming pool, fitness center and restaurant added value too. I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable, professional atmosphere that would work for business or leisure. Great service and good value for money. I highly recommend it and will choose it again when I visit Pontianak.

We stayed three nights and would happily come back. There’s plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby, and the location is great. The covered pool has nice views from floor C, while the parking is secure and sheltered. Rooms were very clean and had international plug sockets. Breakfast was so good, I’d make sure to include it. The staff were friendly and polite, and clearly well trained, which reflects well on the management.

We slept comfortably in a room we really liked, and the facilities were good. We also held a training session in the meeting room, where the staff were helpful and always on hand. My favorite part was the man playing a Kalimantan Traditional Guitar in the lobby each morning and evening. It sounded so beautiful! Thank you, Golden Tulip and all the staff!
