The breakfast had a satisfying range, and the lobby and second-floor elevator area have a modern look. I also liked that you need access to enter the room corridor, which made the stay feel more secure. Novotel is still one of my favorite Accor properties, and I had a pleasant time here. The room floor could have been cleaner, as it was a bit dusty. Some aromatherapy in the shared areas might also make them feel nicer. I’d be glad to come back.

The staff were warm and professional, and they were always ready to help when I needed something. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities were in good shape. The whole place felt welcoming and modern. I had a very nice stay and would happily return or recommend it.

The pool is huge, with a kids’ water play area, and they even offer breakfast in the pool. There’s also a sauna, kids club, and a modern Life Fitness gym. I was impressed by how much the hotel has to offer. The Bali villa feel, spacious modern rooms, and amazing food all exceeded my expectations. Breakfast and the à la carte options at the restaurant were great. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and could communicate with me in English, Chinese, Malay, and Indonesian. They’re available around the clock, too. This new hotel in the centre of Pontianak is easily the best in the city to me. It feels surreal, more like a five-star resort. You should visit at least once, even just to eat at “Food Exchange”. I’ll 1000% stay again.

The pool was nice and the view was chef’s kiss. The room was okay, spacious and comfortable, and it seems like a good spot for a staycation. Hospitality was perfect and the food was amazing. mas gufron helped me out during my stay at novotel, so I wasn’t clueless. thanks to him 🙏🏻
