We only booked two nights and wished we had more time. The place is spacious and set back from the road, so it felt quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was amazing. It’s also well located, just steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the harbor. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Aris, the manager, sang and played guitar for us, then carried my wife’s bag to the harbor when we checked out. We also tried the floating breakfast, which was a really fun experience.

We’ve been here nearly a week and are still enjoying our stay. The views are beautiful, the pool is stunning, and everything is very clean. The resort is also close to the port. The staff are so friendly. Thank you, GA Lagoon 💐🙏🙌

Aris, Arifin, Dewi, and Apri made our family stay comfortable and really enjoyable. They’re a wonderful team at Gilli Air Lagoon. Highly recommend.

There’s a lovely pool and the hotel seems to have potential, but our bungalow was a terrible experience. Its bathroom had an indoor garden that was full of worms. Dozens were crawling around, including in the shower, and we even found some in the bed the next morning. There were also openings to the outside, so larger bugs could get in too. One was huge, as shown in the picture. We booked at the last minute because it was the last place available and already expected it might not be great. We still didn’t think it would be this bad. Staff were polite and handled our complaint well, apologetically offering us a free lunch. We weren’t angry with them; they couldn’t do anything about it. The owner or management should fix the problem by replacing the garden with rocks or something and sealing the bungalows. We paid so much for this, which felt like a joke. Avoid it. There are much nicer and cheaper places on Gili Air.

Clean hotel, tasty food, and a great location close to the port. The service was warm, and the staff were outstanding, especially Fahmi, Apri, and Karam. The accommodation also had high-speed internet. Thanks to Alwi for coaching the team so well. I’ll be back.
