Good value for the price. The AC works, the sheets are clean, and the amenities are decent.

I wouldn’t stay here if my company weren’t paying. The receptionist was rude, and basic things were overlooked. We got only one key card instead of the standard two. The pillow was dirty and had blood stains, and our non-smoking room still smelled of smoke. Checkout was at 12, but they rushed us to leave at 11. The bellboy was the only one who provided proper service. Breakfast was awful and disappointing. The location isn’t as strategic as Ibis. They charged 500, a price that could get you a much better three-star hotel.

Orchardz Hotel Ayani is well regarded by guests who care about cleanliness, service, and easy access around Pontianak. Its convenient, strategic location makes it a strong option for business or leisure travelers.

8/10
The breakfast had a nice range, and I especially liked the coffee in the morning. The price also seemed reasonable for the amenities and service, and the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. The room was adequate for a comfortable stay, though not especially spacious. The bed was clean and nice, and the bathroom was fine, but the shower pressure could be stronger. TV reception was quite poor while I was there. Orchardz Hotel Ayani offers a decent mix of comfort and affordability, with a few small things to improve.

The breakfast was quite good, but that was the only real bright spot for me. The room was a little dirty and small, and the glass had tea stains. The bathroom smelled really bad, and water pooled on the floor after we showered. If I had another option, I wouldn’t stay here.
