It's a good place to stay for a lower price, though it should be more comfortable.
8/10
The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean. Our first toilet wouldn't flush, though. The AC worked and was quiet, and the TV and pillows were great. Definitely good value for money.

The shower worked well, though the water sewer seemed clogged. My first-floor room was about 3.5m² x 2.5m², with mosquitoes as a bonus, and the AC outdoor unit made it rather noisy. It's a budget inn not far from Tanjungpura university. At IDR 120000, I can understand the drawbacks.
6/10
It was nice to stay here, though quite a few things need improvement. The service wasn't really bad. They told us we had to pay twice because of a miscommunication between the owner and agoda.
6/10
The staff were lovely and the location was green, but that was about it. The pictures look better than the place does in person. My ground-floor room was quite humid, maybe because it was badly isolated. It's not cheap at all, since you can find the same quality in Pontianak at 30% off.
