favehotel Prabumulih

I couldn't recommend this place. The room had broken walls, and I could hear noise from the neighboring room. It's smaller than other favehotel properties, with no window, which made it feel claustrophobic. The bathroom was damp and moldy, with stains everywhere. The corridors smelled like 💩, and the carpet was dirty and full of dust. The worst property I've ever stayed in Indonesia.

This hotel has become part of my stay routine. It's quiet and clean, and I always feel welcome. The staff are consistently friendly and flexible. Thank you, Mrs intan, for such good, friendly service. See you on my next trip.

A nice spot to stop over if you still have a long trip ahead.

I was here for one night on a business trip. The hotel's location in the same block as Citimall Prabumulih is its main advantage. Housekeeping needs more attention, though. When I checked in, there were still strands of hair on the floor. Worse, a strong smell from the bed, probably from a damp mattress and pillow, spread through the windowless room, which had no way to get outside air. It was really disturbing. I also wasn't given a bathroom mat. They said all the mats had been sent to be washed and would be ready the next day, after I would have checked out.
