The room Wi-Fi didn't work because it was too far from the router. The AC still wasn't cooling after three days from when I asked for a repair, and the only alternative offered was a fan. No one properly dealt with the AC problem. I also requested a room change, but was ignored, and the issue remained unresolved. Not recommended, 2/10 for service.

The mattress was great, but the rest was awful. The shower, sink, and toilet had dirty yellow water, there were cockroaches, and the bathroom was generally filthy. The toilet drainage connects to the shower, so unpleasant smells can come up while you're bathing. Reception was even worse than the rooms and couldn't sort out simple problems. It felt like only the lobby gets cleaned; everywhere else seemed like a dump.

The room was comfortable, and the AC and mini refrigerator worked well. The hotel feels old-fashioned, but they do enough to make the stay enjoyable, and the price makes sense. It's easy to find in a strategic spot, with a fairly large car park, helpful staff, and tasty breakfast. The breakfast is usually simple, though. There's a pool, but I rarely saw anyone using it. My bed cover looked dirty, but it wasn't a big deal to me at the time. I really like staying here and recommend it.

The service and management seem to have improved a lot since my visit last September. For NYE 2023, the bed was clean and comfortable, the lighting was better, the bathroom was very clean, and the pools were much better too. The staff also seemed like completely different people from before. Excellent service, thanks.
