I paid for an online booking, but when I arrived to check in, they wouldn't let me stay, saying there was a problem with the room. The hotel made that decision on its own and promised a refund. I waited until 8 PM and still got nothing. After I complained to Agoda, only 50% was refunded. It seems to me they were trying to scam me and were worried about being caught. They're cunning and untrustworthy. Be careful if you're thinking of staying here. Better not to become the next victim.

I had a bad experience here. When I arrived to check in, I couldn't get a room because they said there was a problem with it. They offered a refund, but it never arrived. I reported it to Agoda and received only 50% of the money, paid by the hotel owner rather than through the app. To me, this was clearly a scam. They call themselves a Sharia hotel, but I felt the place was a den of vice and fraud. After I posted a review about what happened on Google Maps, the accommodation asked us to remove it. This feels like a very cunning fraudster who doesn't want people to hear about it. If you're considering booking, be careful. Better not to be the next victim!

Fraud. Don't trust it. I paid for the online booking, but when I arrived they said there was a problem. They promised a refund, but the person waiting for it has disappeared, and it still hasn't come.

The room was small, and the pillows smelled. I asked the front desk to replace one, but they brought a pillow from the next room instead, and that smelled just as bad. The blanket barely covered half my body. Oh dear. Staying at this RD was my most regrettable experience. It really doesn't deserve to partner with RD.
