It was disappointing. I paid through Agoda, but the hotel said it no longer worked with Agoda, so I had to request a refund. Luckily it came back as AgodaCash. If they’re no longer partnered, they should confirm that with Agoda.

They wouldn’t let me check in, saying they don’t accept online bookings. OYO still hasn’t refunded the money I paid. Please check again which hotels are actually partnered.

The service was friendly and the facilities were adequate. I stayed 11 days 😁. It was cheap: through Traveloka, the price was exactly 60,000 IDR per spot, but breakfast wasn’t included. At the front desk, economy class was 80,000 IDR with free breakfast.

After a long, tiring trip to the hotel, we were turned away at the location because they said they no longer cooperated. Please update this so other guests don’t run into the same miscommunication.
